Are requirements for obtaining official B Corp status too light? Should multinationals like Evian and Nespresso be allowed to apply? Het Financieele Dagblad caused commotion in the B Corp movement - a community of more than 5,500 sustainable and social enterprises.
Strategy in to action - B Leaders for Good Summit, Rome 2022.
From 15 till 18 June I visited Rome, with my business partner Kim Cramer and some 700 other business leaders from around the globe. We attended the first impressive B for Good Leaders Summit 2022 and what a joy it was to be in the eternal city.

What a great and unique event we had last week in Rome. It was beyond our imagination and we want to thank Leen Zevenbergen and Marcello Pallazi for organizing it. Open and joined-up intelligence can conquer the global challenges we are facing. Feel free to share this declaration with everyone. Our year in a nutshell
Welcome to our annual impact report! As the year ended we have finally decided to take an opportunity to look back at 2021 and share what happened. Despite the continued corona measures, we managed to have a great year, so read all about our highlights, our achievements, what we are proud to be a part of, our B Corp scores, subjects that stood out and ways we share our knowledge. We will also dive into our future goals and what we can still do to improve.

Bliss of rebranding a happy company.
On Friday 10th of December, BR-ND People facilitated a creative Kitchen workshop with our client Quinso. During a full day, we worked with a cross-section of the organisation, to further discover and jointly articulate topics such as societal purpose, mission, vision, values and corporate brand story.
Taai jaar, maar toch positief!
2021 was een taai jaar voor velen, ook voor mij. Ik word vaak gezien als een 'blije eikel', en ik weet dat niet iedereen de dingen zo rooskleurig ziet als ik. Maar ik geloof dat het beste wat ik kan doen is de wereld van de zonnige kant bekijken. Dat betekent niet dat ik nooit somber ben, maar ik word nu eenmaal gelukkiger van positief gedrag, hoop en vertrouwen.

Edge Olympic here we come!
After 5 years working at the offices in the Spaces building in the centre of Amsterdam, we are now making a new step. 1st September 2021, we are happy to move to Edge Olympic, near the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam.

“When I was seven years old, my teacher told my parents I was a ‘natural-born leader’. BR-ND People again passed the bar; it’s June 2021, and we got our B Corp points renewed. We solidified our position in a global movement of businesses accelerating a global culture shift to redefine success.
